March will be a challenging month for me.
As I prepare for my first 50 mile race, I need to put in some long weekend runs to help build endurance and prepare myself mentally for the challenges running 50 miles. Then toward the end of the month, I need to begin to taper.

Distances for Back-to-Back Long Runs:
30,15 Miles (Sat., Sun.)
20,10 Miles (Sat., Sun.)
